About This Video

Hey beauties—today I’m playing with the brand new Natasha Denona Luxe Glam Compacts, and yes, I had to get all three in my makeup loving hands: Rosy, Cool, and Nude. In this video I swatch each quad (twice so you can see how the pigment builds), compare the color stories side-by-side, and then demo them on the eyes so you can really see the differences in real life—not just in the pan. I also talk about how these shades are “newness with a little asterisk,” because a lot of them feel inspired by (or repeat) tones you may already own from Natasha Denona’s bigger palettes. I do one look with Rosy and Cool (one on each eye), then I remove everything and do a full cohesive look with Nude. My big takeaway: the formula is gorgeous (it’s Natasha Denona—of course it’s going to be beautiful), but the three compacts are similar enough that I don’t think you need all of them. My unofficial ranking is Nude first, then Cool, then Rosy—mostly because Nude leans a little warmer and I can see myself using it constantly for quick work-week makeup and travel. These are perfect “throw it in your purse” palettes that take the guesswork out of building a look, but just be mindful: the chunkier, wet-look shimmers can give you some fallout.
