In this video I’m testing a full face of new makeup for December 2025, and it’s a proper mix of luxury and affordable bits—YSL, Primark, Sheglam, Delilah and Iconic London. I start with the Primark Glow & Sculpt primer serum roller (it’s £5 and honestly feels really hydrating and soaks in like a serum), then I go in with the YSL Mini Clutch quad in 500 Medina Glow. The packaging is stunning, the mattes blend super easily, and the shimmer is way more intense than I expected—great if you want Christmas glam, but I had to blend it out to keep it more of a wash. For the rest of the face, Delilah completely stole the show. The Wake Up Radiant Skin Tint is light coverage, but it somehow evens everything out and makes skin look like healthy skin—without feeling heavy at all. I also use the Delilah Lip Saviour (it’s hydrating, non-sticky, and evens out the tone of my lips). The Sheglam bronzer stick in Golden Sun confused me because it looks warm in the stick, but on me it reads cooler—more contour than bronzer—though it blends really easily. The Primark x Stranger Things pH blush was the main miss for me: too bright, hard to blend, and went patchy when I tried to tone it down. I finish with the Iconic London Prep-Set-Blur (stunning for melting everything together) and a gorgeous cool nude-pink liquid lip from What’s Up Beauty.
