35 RUM Wrap Party Tubing Mascara

This RUM Wrap Party tubing mascara is a nice idea (and I love supporting indie brands), but it didn’t blow me away. It’s quite wet, takes a long time to dry, and that can make my lashes drop a bit—although removal should be easy because it’s tubing.

Cons

-Takes ages to dry
-Can transfer while still wet
-Didn’t give a standout, top-mascara result
