About This Video

In this video I test a bunch of TEMU terrain and diorama bits to answer the big question: are they actually scamming you, or are there legit bargains for tabletop gaming? I’m planning a future Warhammer gaming board, and I didn’t fancy dropping “thousands” on terrain, so I spent about £65 on roughly seven items and judged them the only way that matters—by getting them in my hands and checking the quality, detail, and whether the listing matched reality. The big takeaway: I don’t think TEMU is a scam for terrain pieces—at least not for what I bought. A few items were way smaller than my brain expected, but that was me not reading the dimensions properly, not TEMU trying to mug me off. The 3D printed sets (Gothic ruins, ruined city pieces, a ruined tower, and a cemetery bundle) had surprisingly solid detail for the money, and even the random “aquarium” arch bridge and the resin rock set felt usable as points of interest on a board. If you want cheap statement pieces and painting projects for Warhammer, D&D, or any tabletop wargame, TEMU can genuinely be a good spot—just check the sizes before you hit add to basket.
