That Bulls-Cavs game was ugly early, but man it got really entertaining in the fourth. We stormed back by outscoring Cleveland 37-22 in the 4th, went on a 29-10 run to start the quarter, and actually got the lead down to ONE with 3:18 left (103-102). That’s the type of late-game juice that at least makes this part of the season watchable, even if I know the tanking crowd was sweating through the comeback. I broke down what went wrong, why the lineup decisions still drive me crazy, and why I’m not letting Billy Donovan off the hook. Leonard Miller gave real minutes and real impact—10 points in that big run—and I’m still saying it: stop disrespecting Leonard Miller and put him back in the starting lineup. And don’t get me started on Patrick Williams getting 20 minutes in the year of our Lord 2026. On the player side, Tre Jones led the team with 20, Josh Giddey didn’t score much (9) but dropped 19 assists, and Rob Dillingham had one of those games you can’t call “garbage time”—17 points on 7/14 with zero turnovers. Matas Buzelis was solid defensively (3 steals, 3 blocks), but I wanted more aggression. Bottom line: we lost 115-110, but the fight was real, and the season’s winding down—let’s at least learn something from these minutes.
