In between each set of arm exercises is a different ab exercise. We have the additional functional movement element of getting up and down off the ground each round. This workout is rep based, so take your time, listen to your body, and switch down in weight if you notice your form faltering. We also have a little core finisher, just 3 exercises, that will use the dumbbells. As always, you should feel free to modify or adjust the exercises to suit your needs today.
