This 20 minute steady state workout focuses on lower body standing exercises. Here's the twist: All these exercises involve moving in and out of a box! Best part is, you don't need an actual box! I've taped a box on my mat, but feel free to use an imaginary box. This is a fun way to practice purposeful movement to specific points, but you don't need any equipment. Like all of my steady state workouts, we are not taking rest breaks! Find a moderate pace that you feel you can maintain throughout the session. I will note that for the last 25 seconds of the In and Outs exercise (second move in the circuit), I am trying to speed up and give it my all. Tiring myself out in that way makes finding balance more challenging as I start the next exercise. Do it with me if you're feeling it or stay with that constant pace that works for you.
