I recommend you use weights that feel moderate at least for the first round. You can always shift up if you want more of a challenge once you are comfortable with the exercises. Some moves, like the Kang Squat, may surprise you with how much work it feels like by the end of 12 reps. Listen to your body! That particular move can be a low back killer, so less weight will reduce the strain. Alternatively, if you are feeling the Kang Squat in your neck, feel free to adjust by keeping your head up and forgoing the fold over portion. We have single hand exercises and two hand exercises during this workout. Feel free to adjust to how you're feeling today. We have 3 rounds per side (so 6 rounds total) - so there are so many ways to modify to make this workout simpler or more challenging! I will note that I forgot to do the windmills on one side for one of the rounds. It happens, but if you notice we skipped a move, you are correct. My bad! Workout::: 6 Rounds of 12 reps per move (each round focuses on one hand being the dominant arm throughout the round).
