If you did your application yourself on HealthCare.gov, I show you the exact path: sign in, open your 2025 application (because your 2026 taxes are for year 2025), scroll down to “Tax forms,” and hit “Download PDF” next to Form 1095-A for your January 1 to December 31 coverage.
