हेलो एण्ड वेलकम ब्याक टु CarHaru। यो भिडियोमा म चाइना, Chongqing मा रहेको Changan को Smart AI-Driven (5G connected) factory visit लिएर आएको छु, जहाँ मैले रियलमा assembly line कस्तो systematic र fast हुन्छ भनेर देखेँ। हाम्रो South East Asia regional media trip मा नेपालबाट ६ जना गएको थियो, अनि थाइल्याण्ड, श्रीलंका लगायत अरु देशबाट पनि मिडिया आएको थियो। Factory भित्र automated guided vehicles (white line follow गर्ने) देखि लिएर robot-driven processes सम्म, धेरै कुरा almost fully automated रहेछ—human role चाहिँ mainly monitoring, testing र supervision मा। सबैभन्दा interesting पार्ट भनेको battery workshop थियो। Changan को “Golden Shield Battery” कहाँ र कसरी assemble हुन्छ भन्ने overview हामीले presentation र practical line दुबैमा देख्यौँ—cell loading, OCB testing, module-to-pack, welding, BMS checks, charging/discharging test, air tightness test जस्ता steps। उनीहरूले cell-to-pack र cell-to-vehicle integration (cell-to-body concept) पनि explain गरे, र flexible production line मा 200 cells per minute जस्तो capacity को कुरा आयो। फाइनल assembly workshop मा चाहिँ literally 50 seconds जस्तोमा एक vehicle निकाल्न सक्ने level को speed देख्दा म आफै छक्क परेँ—sunroof glass installation, tyre fitment, suspension/brake parts, quality inspection lights, अनि AI-driven height/requirement अनुसार lift/inspection systems। अन्त्यमा line बाट भर्खरै निस्केका Deepal S05 र E07 जस्ता vehicles देख्दा “factory smell” सम्म फरक लाग्यो। Overall, यो visit ले EV manufacturing, battery integration र quality control कति advanced भइसकेछ भन्ने कुरा clear गरिदियो।
