CAN I FIX THIS GUITAR?

This Pango 015 JAGUAR GUITAR was sent to a customer in a terrible state. The customer got his refund and and I had the guitar shipped to me to see if I could get the issues fixed. Well, here is the video....I am a complete novice at this work, but I do have the house to try and do some repairs. Let's see if I succeed.
