Sergei’s Raw Food Cucumber Salad Recipe 🥒

When I was a teenager, I used to prepare and sell this cucumber Thai salad to the local food coop. Not only is this recipe delicious and nutritious, it also tastes better after a day or two of rest. This means if you make enough salad, it can feed you for numerous meals. Give it a try if you wish. #HealthyRecipe #SaladRecipe #ThaiFood 🥒 Sergei’s Cucumber Thai Salad Recipe: 4 small cucumbers, sliced ½ lemon, juiced ¼ bunch of cilantro, diced ½ onion, diced 1 teaspoon hot curry powder 1 teaspoon turmeric powder ½ teaspoon salt 1-2 teaspoons honey ¼ cup cashews, crushed 2-4 tablespoons olive oil 🥄 Mix all ingredients in a bowl thoroughly. For best results, make sure honey is mixed evenly. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
