Dry off the leaves and cut off their stems. Scoop a couple avocado slices onto each mallow leave and sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, hot sauce and nutritional yeast. Finish by rolling leaves into mini wraps and secure with a tooth pick or enjoy open faced!
