Chop them and transfer into a food processor. Add remaining ingredients and blend for 2-3 minutes. Sample your creation and adjust flavors as necessary (5 Basic Flavors). Scoop pesto into jars, label and refrigerate/freeze. Pesto should keep frozen for 2* years.
