How to Remove Paint Overspray from Car Tires | Fast/Easy/Cheap Solution!

Last summer I attempted to restore the wheels on my old horse trailer. Unfortunately, I didn’t mask off the tire/tyre rubber sufficiently and got spray paint overspray everywhere.
