#KawasakiW650 #W650 #MotorcycleBuild #W650Custom After many miles on the road, it’s time to roll this old Kawasaki W650 into the garage and start something new. No cinematic riding shots. No scenic backroads. Just the workshop, the tools, and a full teardown in motion. In this very short time-lapse, I begin stripping the W650 down from stock form — piece by piece — as the custom rebuild officially kicks off. This is the first step toward a completely reimagined machine. If you’ve followed the riding journey, this is the next chapter. 🔧 What’s Happening in This Video: Full garage tear down Removing some OEM components Breaking the bike down toward the frame Preparing for the custom build phase 🏷 OEM Parts Available As parts come off the bike, I’ll be making Kawasaki W650 OEM used parts available to viewers who are restoring or maintaining their own W builds. If you're looking for specific components, reach out directly via comment or my email (bluemarblerider@.gmail.com). I’d rather see these parts go back on the road than sit on a shelf. This is just the beginning. Subscribe to follow the full custom transformation from stock W650 to something entirely different. New chapter. Same passion. About This Video

After a lot of miles on my Kawasaki W650, I’m officially done with “stock.” In this video there are no scenic backroads and no cinematic ride shots—just me in the garage, tools out, and the teardown beginning. It’s a short time-lapse, but it’s the real start of the next chapter: stripping the bike down piece by piece and moving it closer to the frame so I can build something completely different. The main takeaway here is simple: before the custom work can happen, the W has to come apart cleanly and methodically. I’m pulling OEM components, organizing the process, and setting the stage for the rebuild phase. I’m also making a point to keep usable parts in circulation—if you’re restoring or maintaining your own W650, I’d rather see these OEM parts go back on the road than sit on my shelf. If you need something specific, reach out in the comments or email me, and we’ll sort it out.
