In this one I’m out at the Firestone Destination with Talon (@TalonSei) and a bunch of creators, and we do a full walk-around of what is easily one of the cleanest 4th gen Tacoma builds I’ve seen. It’s a 2024 TRD Pro Tacoma set up with that OEM+ vibe—where if you don’t know trucks you’d think it’s factory… until you start noticing the details. We talk through the wrap, the C4 Low Pro bumper that keeps the factory radar happy, the Warn winch, Agency 6 hardware, and a whole lot of lighting (rigid + basically everything added being Diode Dynamics). Alpharex headlights with amber DRLs and animations are a nice touch too. The big takeaways are in the setup choices that actually make a 37” tire work without turning the truck into a nightmare. Talon’s on Fox Factory Race Series 3.0 (internal bypass) using the factory TRD Pro upper control arm, and he’s running a +25 offset Black Rhino wheel to keep the tire from smashing everything inside. He’s still rubbing (which is honestly how you figure it out), and the plan is trim more after the trip. We also get into the overland practicality: Sherpa racks, Roam boxes, Starlink Mini mounted up top, a DiamondBack cover that keeps dust out and holds serious weight, a power setup with an Anker Solix C1000 + solar, and a Ratica “Afterburner” slide-out kitchen that’s actually priced like a real-world solution.
