Printing a memory of one of the first bouquets I made while talking about how I’m using Pokopia and a walking pad to get in the best shape of my life. It sounds crazy, but it might actually work. About This Video

Hello friend. In this one I’m doing two things at the same time (because apparently that’s my brand now): I’m printing a memory, and I’m yapping about how I’m using a video game—Pokopia—plus a walking pad to get in the best shape of my life. The memory I picked is a photo of one of the first bouquets I ever made, shot on Lapse, which is that barebones camera app that just gives you a film-ish look right off the bat. I talk through what I’d do differently next time—being more intentional with the vibe, buying less, and keeping it simpler (greens + a main color + an accent) instead of just grabbing everything that looks pretty. Then we get into the “getting abs” plan, which sounds crazy but might actually work: if I want to play on my Switch, watch anime, doom scroll, or even read, I try to make the walking pad the default. Pokopia is chill and relaxing enough that I can walk while I play, which lowers the friction of actually getting my steps in. I also share my setup (standing desk, separate controllers) and the little Apple Watch step-counting thing that made me change how I hold the controllers. It’s unedited, real-time, and basically just me hanging out with you while the printer does its thing.
