About This Video

Hello. Good morning. In this episode I’m printing a photo from a sushi spot in Seoul that has a weirdly special place in my heart. It’s inside COEX (that big mall with the famous library), and it’s one of those revolving sushi places—nothing super fancy on paper, but the quality of the fish was actually amazing. The first time I went to Korea it was just me, my brother, and our friend, and we were basically just going wherever. We tried that sushi spot once, and somehow it stayed on our radar for years. Fast forward through multiple Korea layovers (apparently that’s our thing), and we keep doing the same routine: we go back to COEX, get lost because the mall is confusing, find the spot, and run it back. I’m talking salmon, tuna, and the fattier cuts—sushi heaven. After that, we’ll usually chill at a cafe, catch up, vent a little, and then rush back to the airport. Also… the printer almost didn’t cooperate at all. I kept getting “lost communication,” and it turned into a whole troubleshooting moment. Restarting my phone finally fixed it, and the photo printed at the very last second. It’s kind of funny how one simple picture can connect to years of memories.
