I sat down to do a “first impressions” unboxing of the Pitaka MagEZ Case 2 for my 11-inch M4 iPad Pro… and then immediately embarrassed myself. Mid-unbox, I realized I’m literally already using the exact same case. Like, same case. Same everything. Total brain fart moment. I tried to figure out how that even happened (no emails, no Amazon history, no video record), and I genuinely couldn’t find a trace—so yeah, my memory is just that bad. So instead of a first look, this turned into my long-term experience after months of actually using and abusing it. The case is thin, flexible, Magic Keyboard compatible, and it fits pretty flush. My only real nitpick is that with the Magic Keyboard it doesn’t close all the way, which might annoy you if you’re picky, but it never caused any functional issues for me. It’s lived in my backpack, protected my iPad really well, and the camera cutout protection is especially useful when I’m using the iPad as a tablet. Overall: I forgot it was even there, which honestly means it did its job.
