In this video I unbox the system, break down what comes in the kit (legs, mounts, a LINK rail, a LINK container, and the hardware), and then I show you exactly how I built my own workstation around it. The big takeaway right out of the box: these legs feel really robust, and with the 1,000 lb rating, I honestly believe it after handling them. I built mine at about 2 ft x 4 ft, but the whole point of FRAMEWORK is you can configure it to fit your shop and your workflow (up to 8 ft wide and 4 ft deep). I walk through the simple build process using basically a drill and a circular saw, plus a couple “nice-to-have” tools that just make it faster. I also share the real-world stuff: I snapped two screws because I got lazy and didn’t pre-drill—so learn from me there—and I explain why you should leave everything loose until it’s all aligned, then tighten it down. Once it’s assembled, I give you a full walkthrough of how I’m using LINK storage underneath for quick-grab items like sandpaper, the slot box, and my LINK shop vac. I also talk add-ons like leveling feet for uneven floors and wheels if you want a mobile workstation. Overall, the system is strong, cohesive with LINK, and it took me about three hours while filming—so you could realistically knock one out even faster.
