In this video I’m doing a proper flip through of two completely finished sketchbooks, and it’s honestly so satisfying seeing them end-to-end. The first one is my Bectober 2025 sketchbook (filled in just the month of October), so it’s very “theme month” energy—lots of intentional pages, colour play, and that fun momentum you get when you’re making something regularly. I talk through what I was using, what I was testing, and what I loved (and what I’d do differently next time). The second sketchbook is the total opposite: my pastel pink Talens Art Creation book that took me well over two years to finish, and it’s my anything-goes, all-purpose chaos sketchbook. There are sketchbook painting sessions, swatches and colour tests, little experiments, random ideas, and the kind of pages that happen when you’re just showing up and making art without overthinking it.
