In this end-of-year studio chat, I’m having a proper catch-up to wrap up 2025… and yes, it was a bit of a mess. I look back over the year, chat about the goals I thought I’d smash, and then have a little laugh at myself because, well… not exactly. If you’ve ever started a project with big enthusiasm and then somehow ended up with a giant unfinished sketchbook (hello, me), you’ll feel very seen. It’s a relaxed, honest roundup where I reflect on what worked, what didn’t, and why that’s actually okay. The big takeaway is that making art isn’t always neat and tidy, and progress doesn’t have to look perfect to count. I’m also looking ahead to 2026 with that fresh-start energy, wishing you all a Happy New Year, my Arty Friends, and reminding you that we can just keep showing up, experimenting, and having fun with it.
