In today’s little dose of holiday cheer, I’m continuing the Bakr “12 Days of Cookies” countdown and baking Days 6, 7, and 8. I open up the pack, show you what each cookie dough round looks like, and then we bake them up for a cozy, super simple taste test. Day 6 is Pecan Pie (which I can’t eat because I’m allergic to nuts), so my husband steps in and gives that one an 8/10—he said it was really delicious and not too sweet. Then I try Day 7, Holiday Sprinkle, and I’m obsessed with how homemade these cookies taste. It genuinely feels like I mixed the ingredients myself, and I love that they’re not overpoweringly sweet. It’s basically a classic sugar cookie vibe with sprinkles (one of my favorite kinds of cookies), so I rated it a 9/10. Finally, Day 8 is Hot Cocoa, and this one is so fun because it has marshmallow in it. It bakes up with a chewy center and a deep, rich chocolate flavor—Autumn gave it a 10/10, and I landed at an 8.5/10. Overall, Days 6–8 were a total success, and I’ll be back for more cookie days soon.
