Today I’m officially going bananas (literally) and trying all of Dunkin’s new banana drinks from their spring menu. I taste-tested four different options and rated each one, so if you’re wondering what’s actually worth ordering, I’ve got you. I’m not even usually a big banana-flavor person, so I was honestly surprised by how much I loved some of these. First up was the Banana Pudding Cloud Latte made with espresso, milk, banana cold foam, and banana syrup. It’s super creamy with a strong banana flavor and the kind of sweetness I really enjoy—9/10, and it totally reminded me of those banana candies from when I was a kid. Then I tried the Nutty Banana Cloud Dunkalatte (espresso + Dunkin coffee milk, hazelnut, banana cold foam) and I loved it even more—9.5/10—because I’m obsessed with hazelnut and I need Dunkin to never take their coffee milk away. My absolute favorite was the Strawberry Banana Daydream Refresher with oat milk and banana cold foam. It’s a 10/10 for me—no notes—because it tastes like a strawberry banana smoothie in refresher form. The Banana Frozen Chocolate was delicious but very sweet and more of a dessert vibe, so I gave it an 8.5/10 and would drink it sparingly.
