For today’s dose of holiday cheer in the shape of a cookie, I’m finishing out the BAKR 12 Days of Cookies countdown with Days 11 and 12—and honestly, I’m a little sad it’s over. This whole pack has been so much fun to try because it really does feel like a Christmas countdown calendar, but with cookie dough. I also totally planned ahead and bought two calendars because I figured I’d probably like it… and yep, I was right. In this video, I taste-test Strawberry Cheesecake (Day 11) and Brown Butter Chocolate Chunk (Day 12). The strawberry cheesecake one smells like strawberries right away, and the flavor actually delivers—like a really good strawberry + graham cracker vibe that genuinely reminds me of cheesecake. I rated it an 8.5/10. Then we end with the brown butter chocolate chunk, which Autumn and I had already tried from the full bag I bought (because I needed more of it), and it’s still a 9.5/10 for me—so rich and delicious. Between this one and the s’mores dough (my hands-down favorite from Day 1), those are my two top picks from the whole set, and luckily I have bags of both to keep the cozy cookie nights going.
