This cookie dough Christmas countdown calendar is seriously giving me all the Christmas cheer I need this week, so in this video I’m opening up the Bakr 12 Days of Cookies and testing Day 3, Day 4, and Day 5 (because I was feeling froggy… and I make the rules in this house). I already tried Days 1 and 2 before this—s’mores and chocolate peppermint—and the s’mores is still my number one favorite so far. For Day 3, I baked the gingerbread cookie and did a little taste test. It was still a bit soft in the middle, but the ginger flavor was super strong in the best way, so I rated it a 7/10. Day 4 was fudge brownie, and it was exactly what you want if you’re a chocolate person—very chocolatey, very fudgy, very brownie-like—so I gave it an 8/10 (and Autumn basically called it a 20/10). Day 5 was chocolate covered berry, and it surprised me in the best way: a really good strawberry flavor with chocolate bits that genuinely tastes like chocolate covered strawberries. That one was my favorite of the three at a 9/10.
