Let’s make the first coffee of 2026 together—because obviously I had to start the year with my current go-to flavor: coconut caramel. In this video I’m making an iced coconut caramel latte that genuinely tastes like Girl Scout cookies, thanks to this Girl Scout Coconut Caramel Cookie Syrup I randomly found at TJ Maxx (and I honestly wish I grabbed two bottles because it’s that good). I also add extra caramel (also TJ Maxx… lol), and I keep it super easy by using my lazy-day favorite: the Starbucks vanilla flavored double espresso pod. I walk you through my exact iced latte build—ice, syrup + caramel, espresso, then about 3/4 cup of milk. And yes, I had a moment where I accidentally started frothing hot milk for an iced latte… so I turned that “oops” into a bonus coffee for my husband (because I was not letting that milk go to waste). To finish it off, I add International Delight sugar cookie cold foam (one of my absolute favorites) and drizzle more caramel on top because it looks pretty and tastes delicious. It’s sweet, cozy, and the coconut-caramel-sugar-cookie combo is seriously so good—perfect for sipping while I plan goals for the new year.
