Most of the time, I’ve seen it come down to a simple network issue, so I start with the basics: switch to a different stable, strong Wi‑Fi or data connection, then go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management and make sure you’re not connected to any VPN. If a VPN is on, disconnect it and try Telegram again. If that doesn’t fix it, I walk you through a few quick iPhone-side fixes: enable the option to set your data automatically, check for an iOS software update, and then update Telegram from the App Store. I also show you how to force restart your iPhone (volume up, volume down, then hold the power button) to clear minor glitches. Finally, if Telegram isn’t available in your country, I explain how to check that in your browser and, if needed, install a third‑party VPN from the App Store. And if you’re still stuck, I finish with the strongest cleanup step: Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Telegram, then Offload App (or Delete App) to remove bugs/malware and reinstall clean.
