I start with the basics that actually matter—making sure you’re on a stable, strong network connection. Then I go straight into Settings and check for anything blocking Apple Music, like a VPN connection, because that can easily cause loading and playback issues. Next, I walk you through the main Settings fixes inside the Music section, where I tell you to enable the important toggles like “Show Apple Music” and other Music options so the app can work properly. If that still doesn’t fix it, I show you how to go to iPhone Storage and offload or delete the Music app. This step helps clear bugs, corrupted files, or even malware-like issues inside the app, and then I reinstall it from the App Store. Finally, I demonstrate how to force restart your iPhone to fix minor glitches (volume up, volume down, then hold power until the Apple logo). And if nothing works, I explain how to contact Apple Support using the Apple Support app or the web so you can speak to a support team member and get it resolved.
