Ready to test the latest features of iOS 26.3? In January 2026, Apple has made the beta installation process seamless for iPhone 17, 16, and 15 users. You no longer need to hunt for sketchy "Beta Profiles" or pay the $99 developer fee. This updated tutorial covers the official way to enroll your Apple Account for free, how to toggle the hidden "Beta Updates" menu in iOS 26.2.1, and how to access the new "Liquid Glass" UI refinements and Android Transfer tools currently in testing. In this video, we cover: Free Enrollment (Developer & Public): How to visit developer.apple.com or beta.apple.com, sign in with your ID, and accept the 2026 terms to unlock the beta track for free. The New Settings Menu: Navigating to Settings - General - Software Update - Beta Updates—the official path that replaced configuration profiles in iOS 26. Choosing Your Track: The difference between the Developer Beta (early, more bugs) and the Public Beta (more stable, released a few days later). The "Account Sync" Fix: What to do if the menu isn't showing up, including the 2026 "Safari Handshake" trick to force your iPhone to recognize your beta status. iOS 26.3 New Features: A quick look at the January 2026 additions, including the native "Move to Android" tool and second-gen AirTag 2 precision finding. Liquid Glass Performance: Why the latest beta is required for the smoothest experience on the iPhone 17 Pro's new display tech. Essential Backups: Why you must create a local backup on a Mac or PC, as iCloud backups from iOS 26.3 cannot be restored back to iOS 26.2 if you decide to downgrade.

About This Video

Hey guys, in this video I show you exactly how to enable Beta Updates on your iPhone (or iPad) using the official Apple Developer site—no sketchy beta profiles needed. I walk you through what I look for in Settings > General > Software Update, where you should see both “Automatic Updates” and the “Beta Updates” option once everything is linked correctly. If you don’t see it yet, don’t worry—I show the simple steps I use to make it appear. What I do is open the browser, search “Apple dev,” open the first site, tap the two horizontal lines, go to Account, and sign in with my Apple Developer account. You can sign in normally, create an account, or even use the passkey option with Face ID or Touch ID. After you sign in and get through any prompts, I go back to Settings and either relaunch Settings or force restart the iPhone if the Beta Updates menu still isn’t showing. Once it appears, I tap Beta Updates, choose the iOS beta option, wait a few seconds for it to load, and then the latest beta update shows up. Before you install, I always recommend making a backup to avoid any data loss.
