In this spring diary, I wanted to keep it super chill and more like a little chitchat/catch-up, because every once in a while I get bored of my own content and I’m like… let me switch it up. I’m literally halfway through uni which is actually insane to say out loud, and it’s our last week before exam weeks (but I’m kind of chilling because I don’t have that many exams). I talk about how much happier I feel in college compared to high school—like you genuinely don’t have to care about what anybody thinks, you just live your life and move on. It’s not that deep. I show you my outfit (I had the layering idea in my head and had to consult Pinterest, obviously), share some current favorites like my Glossier perfume obsession, and the cutest little Monchhichi keychain I’ve been clipping on my bag. Then I take myself outside for some “healing time” because warm weather is my best friend and I thrive off it—so when the weather’s good, I’m good too. I drive my mom to the grocery, go to the park, and just breathe for a second. When I get home, I unbox some PR packages (Dr. G skincare and Judy Doll makeup), talk about my skin acting up lately, and then I reset by doing assignments and focusing on Japanese class. It’s basically a cozy reminder to romanticize the little moments, especially when the semester is getting chaotic.
