In this introvert diary, I’m taking you through a few cozy Ramadan days with me—like a real little FaceTime catch-up. We’re in the last 10 days of Ramadan (which is actually so crazy because it flew by), and I wanted to show what my day looks like while fasting. I talk about what Ramadan is for my non-Muslim mimanie’s (fasting while it’s light out), how daylight savings changed the timing, and honestly… the little guilt I feel sometimes like I should be doing more, even though I’m still trying my best. I also bring you along to uni for an editing lab day because my laptop has been crashing out so bad (girl… I need a new everything). I show my outfit, we go out, and I try food that genuinely impressed me—like I’m not easily impressed by restaurants, but that sandwich was actually insane. Then we do a tiny recent purchases haul (a new jacket, a cute top, and a lip balm), and I attempt a matcha tiramisu… which lowkey turned into a fail because I wasn’t thinking about salmonella at all. To end it, I sit and ramble about life, stress, big plans I’m hoping work out (inshallah), and how Ramadan has genuinely made me feel transformed.
