🤍🕊️🫧 From Sunrise to Sunset | A Slow & Cozy Day In The Life of a Mom of 4 // Weekly VLOG Buy Jartoo baby monitor & use code Alicia30 for $30 off * https://jartoo.com/products/best-baby-monitor-without-wifi-video-camera-audio-hd-2k-screen-smart-cry-sensor-safety-sleep Welcome to our day in the life video where I take you through a typical day from sunrise to sunset with our cozy family routine. As a stay-at-home mom of four, I’m sharing how I balance motherhood, homemaking, and a peaceful lifestyle in our beautiful English countryside home in the Cotswolds. The morning begins with our gentle morning routine — getting the kids settled, preparing breakfast, and easing into the day with a calm mindset. If you're a fellow mom looking for family routine ideas or a bit of slow-living inspiration, I hope this brings comfort and encouragement. From my peaceful start to the day to getting everyone ready, it’s all about setting a soft and positive tone. Throughout the vlog, you’ll see how we flow through homemaking, baking, cooking, and family life. We embrace a slow, intentional lifestyle — creating space to enjoy the little things while still staying organized and grounded. You’ll also see glimpses of our outdoor time, like gardening and play, which help connect us to nature and bring peace to our days. Our cleaning routines and home reset rituals are a key part of maintaining a cozy, organized space. This video shows how I stay on top of homemaking with multiple children, without feeling overwhelmed. From calming cleaning moments to joyful home organization, everything is approached with love and intention. In the evenings, we wind down with slow, connected routines. From soft lighting and bedtime stories to gentle clean-ups and cozy family time, it’s the little rhythms that bring peace. Whether it’s baking something simple or tidying up together, it’s all part of our daily life as a large family living slowly and mindfully. This vlog also reflects our Christian parenting values and minimalist approach to family life. We’re all about cherishing the chaos and beauty of motherhood while teaching our children to love the simple joys of life. If you love family vlogs, homemaking routines, or peaceful lifestyle content, you’re in the right place. You’ll find everything from home tours and spring updates to daily rhythms, intentional parenting, and creating a nurturing home. Thanks for being here and joining us on this journey. About This Video

Hi, my loves. In this cosy 24 hours, I’m taking you from sunrise to sunset in our real-life Sunday reset as a mum of four in South East England. I start the day up super early to pop into school (I’m a part-time teacher) to spoil my job share for her birthday, then I do what any Starbucks girly would understand… I grab my shaken oat espresso because sometimes you just need the real thing. From there it’s straight back into mum-life with a teething baby who’s having a rough day, lots of nursing, and me trying to keep the day calm even when it’s busy. Once we’re home, I tackle my to-do list in little pockets of time. I set up a 2K baby monitor so I can keep an eye on Annabella while she naps upstairs, then I get creative with clay—making a rustic egg holder and attempting plant labels (spoiler: they crack, and I’m humbled). I also squeeze in kitchen tidying, make a little teething-friendly fruit feeder snack, and create a surprise “teacher lanyard” for Milo because he’s obsessed with playing teachers. We finish the day with the school run, a warm 23° afternoon, bunnies brought inside to keep them safe, an early dinner (4pm, always), and some sweet family play before the inevitable clean-up. It’s slow living in the middle of the mess—imperfect, cosy, and very real.
