Hi guys, in this video I’m taking you along for a full 24 hours as a mum of four here in South East England, and honestly… I was bloody shattered. Baby girl was up loads in the night (teething and a leap, I think), so my husband took over with the school run so I could grab a bit more sleep. I’m also trying a new habit where I get straight into my workout clothes as soon as I’m up, because I can happily sit in my pyjamas all day and I’m trying to conquer that. You’ll see our real-life slow motherhood rhythm: coffee (and my genuine confusion about Americans not using kettles), breastfeeding, a quick reset around the house, and then me pushing through a workout even when I didn’t feel like it—because I always feel better after.
