State-Level Approaches to Environmentally Sustainable Housing

The Government Law Center at Albany Law School presented the second program of the 2023 Warren M. Anderson Legislative Series on March 22. Panelists discussed state-level approaches to developing environmentally sustainable affordable housing. In particular, the panel will explore legal and policy incentives and regulations that impact the development of environmentally sustainable affordable housing.
