Presented by the Health Law Society on Nov. 16, 2022 Panelists Judge Mae A. D'Agostino - a United States District Judge for the NDNY. Prior to being appointed she was a trial attorney who tried civil cases including medical malpractice, negligence, and products liability. Wajiha Kazmi '20 - an associate attroney at NY Dept. of Health and Health Research. Previously she was in-house counsel at Rutland Regional Medical Center. Marget Surowka-Rossi - a special counsel at Barclay Damon where she represents agencies, facilities, and individual providers in various proceedings. Jess Haller Dell'Anno '21 - an assistant counsel for NYS Office of Cannabis Management. Previously she worked in the NYS Senate and Assembly.
