The Albany Law School Veterans' Pro Bono Project presents a discussion between Benjamin Pomerance and Judge Jaquith regarding the judge’s path from Army Judge Advocate General Corps to a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and recent developments in the field of veterans’ law.
