I’m taking you along for errands and appointments (acupuncture + fascial stretch therapy with my husband’s chiro/physio team) because I’m big on injury prevention—especially with my left hip always feeling locked up. I truly believe you can’t neglect your body: if you don’t make time for your wellness, you’ll make time for your illness, and we don’t want that. Of course we’re doing food too.
