I’m taking you along for all the luxury vacay vibes at Hotel Indigo on Seven Mile Beach (room tour, wraparound patio, beach setup, roosters and all), plus our beach days, sunset dinners, and the cutest little outfit moments. I share what I wore, what we ate (including my gluten-free wins), and the real-life pregnancy things like humidity hair, swollen ankles, and the “Shrek feet” stage being very real. I also share my best pregnancy travel tips that actually helped me feel good on this trip—like packing little gluten-free staples (granola + roasted walnuts), keeping protein/fiber in mind, and prioritizing movement because movement is truly medicine. After a walk + strength training + stretching, my swelling improved so much, and it reminded me how important it is to keep my body moving (even on vacation).
