About This Video

I filmed this as one last look at the creative space I lived and worked in here in Berlin for the past two years. Before I packed up and moved, I wanted to pay homage to the room that held space for me—where I got to create, explore, find inspiration, and nurture my practice. In this tour, I walk you through my ā€œlittle museumā€ shelves (full of gifts, trinkets, maps, and personal highlights), my open-crate storage system for all the tiny stationery bits, and the corners that made the room feel like me—like my zine collection, favorite books, and even my little vinyl setup. Then we get into my actual desk workflow: the wall of art that keeps me inspired, the pen and tech ā€œspice rackā€ that’s secretly storage, my top fountain pens within reach, and the analog tools I rely on—timers, notepads, to-do lists, and easy-access journals so I have no excuse not to journal. I also share what worked (accessibility, grab-and-go crates, good light by the window) and what didn’t (not enough space, open shelving dust/chaos, and my need for better archiving). It’s part desk tour, part reflection—grieving an old chapter while getting excited to build a better system in my new home office.
