About This Video

In this video, I’m finally taking you around some of my must-visit stationery spots in Berlin—mostly in Mitte (city center) and the west side—aka the places I personally gravitate toward when I need a quick stationery fix, want to test new inks, or just feel like browsing for ideas. It’s basically a little love letter to my stationery community, and a way to show you Berlin through the lens of a journaler (plus my friend Vin comes along because of course I needed another stationery person with me). I stop by Dussmann (a bookstore that’s also a surprisingly solid one-stop shop for European notebooks, gifts, and even fountain pens—and it closes late), Luiban (an official Traveler’s Notebook partner shop where you can get the Berlin stamp and find hard-to-find refills), and RSVP Papier (small but a total visual feast). Then we head to Papeterie Moranga, one of my favorite places for fountain pen inks because Louisa is so helpful and will let you try inks, and Maido Okini in Bikini Berlin, which is my go-to for Japanese stickers—honestly the closest thing to Loft/Hands vibes here. I also include KaDeWe’s 5th floor for high-end fountain pens and notebook browsing, and I end with a haul: Uni Style Fit refills, a Caran d’Ache water brush, a foldable Faber-Castell water cup, ink cartridges, a Sailor Manyo bottle, a Platinum carbon ink set, and (of course) a very satisfying sticker stack.
