Check out the link below if you want to level up your cookware game! 🍲 Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 1 onion, diced 2 celery stalks, diced 1 tomato, roughly chopped 1 can mild Rotel 1 can zesty chili-style diced tomatoes 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed A couple of dashes Worcestershire sauce 2 bay leaves 2 tbsp chili powder 1/2 tbsp cumin 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika 1/2 tbsp garlic powder Fresh parsley, chopped (for cooking and garnish) For serving: Fritos Cheddar Jack cheese, shredded Louisiana Hot Sauce 👨🍳 Instructions: In a Dutch oven or large pot, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat if needed. Add the diced onion and celery. Sauté until soft and fragrant. Stir in the tomato, Rotel, chili-style tomatoes, and black beans. Add Worcestershire sauce, bay leaves, and all seasonings (chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder). Mix well. Simmer on low, covered, for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to let the flavors develop. Remove the bay leaves. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley. To serve: Add a handful of Fritos to a bowl, ladle in the hot chili, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and top with more parsley.
