About This Video

In this video, I show you exactly how to import existing wallets into Zerion using the Zerion desktop browser extension. I walk through the whole flow step-by-step: opening your browser’s extensions menu, launching (and optionally pinning) the Zerion extension, and unlocking it if you hit the lock screen. From there, I take you straight into Settings (the little gear icon) and then into Manage Wallet, which is where Zerion keeps all the add/import/organize options. The key part is the Import Wallet to Zerion screen, where you can bring a wallet in using either a recovery phrase or a private key. I also cover the safety basics I want you to follow every time: don’t do this with people watching your screen, never share your phrase/key, and only enter sensitive info into the official Zerion extension from your browser’s official store. If you’re using a recovery phrase, type the words in the correct order with single spaces; if you’re using a private key, paste it cleanly with no extra spaces (and remember it’s not your wallet address). Once you click Import, Zerion processes it and your wallet shows up ready to use.
