It’s January 2026, and I’m breaking down exactly how much YouTube paid me in 2025, month by month, so you can see the real impact that watching, liking, commenting, and sharing has on a small creator like me. All the numbers I share are in Canadian dollars, and I walk through the usual seasonal swings—how January can be a tail end of holiday ad spend, how things dip, and why CPM typically ramps back up heading into Q4. Across 2025, the channel generated $4,964.11 in YouTube AdSense from 654,000 views, 24.7K watch hours, and about 1,200 new subscribers. I also break down the other revenue streams that make up the total: $1,569 from affiliate commissions (mostly Amazon Associates), $159.50 from paid collaborations (and a quick lesson learned from a brand that broke contract and didn’t pay), and $3,943 from my Fourthwall store—wallpaper packs plus my reMarkable course. The big takeaway: consistency matters (I posted almost 100 videos), Q4 can be huge, and diversifying income beyond ads is what really stabilizes things.
