Today was basically the perfect preview of what Operation Silent Hunt is gonna feel like, because Evan and I went full “hunt mode” with the new Solid Snake vibes and just terrorized lobbies. I’m talking live callouts, tracking people like they’re crawling around “like a worm,” and abusing the new Observation Blockers to make pushes feel absolutely illegal. I don’t even play the Metal Gear games like that, but Snake is cool, and his gadget is actually cracked—like 100% “ban this” energy when you use it right. On defense, we tested the real counters too, because everybody’s asking: “Does Mute stop Snake?” Yeah—Mute jammer shenanigans were huge, and we even talked about stacking weird stuff like Vigil + jammer to disappear. Then we got distracted (as usual) and started doing the most important ranked strat of all time: tic-tac-toe with utility. Between the blockers, the flashes (Ying buff is evil), and the chaos, it was one of those days where we’re laughing, frying, and still learning what actually works.
