Taiwan Day 2 was honestly wild—in the best way. It’s our first time here and the streets are CRAZY busy, like Hong Kong, Korea, and Japan all mashed together. I walked through this huge hot market and you can just feel how alive everything is. And if you’re a street food girlie… you NEED Taiwan on your list because the food is literally insane. We saw the longest queue for these cute little milk donuts, hot and fresh with milk powder on top, and it had me fully tempted. But the main event? Bubble tea. Taiwan LOVES boba so much they even have these tiny carry bags just for your drink (the strawberry one was so cute). We queued up to try one of the freshest bubble teas ever, and watching them make it was unreal—like a conveyor belt of people pouring foam and brown sugar, and they’re making the pearls fresh right there. The pearls were warm at the bottom and super soft, and they only had one flavour to try (honey). It was one of those travel moments where you’re like… okay, now I get the hype.
