This is our honest 4th trimester vlog, starting from the hospital and bringing baby home for the first time. I really wanted to document this season because so many people talk about pregnancy, but not enough people talk about what happens after you give birth. In this vlog I’m sharing the real postpartum experience, from coming home, feeding struggles, pumping, breastfeeding, tongue tie, night shifts, emotional highs and lows, body changes after a C-section, and learning how to adjust to life as a new family. The 4th trimester has been overwhelming, emotional, beautiful and nothing like I expected. I talk openly about baby blues, hormone crashes, postpartum body image, recovery, and how intense those early days really are.
