In this video, I’m sharing the reality of my postpartum journey as a first-time mum navigating breastfeeding struggles, sleep deprivation, emotional overwhelm, and C-section recovery. From sore nipples and supply anxiety to feeling overstimulated, touched out, and completely exhausted, this is the side of motherhood that doesn’t get talked about enough. I open up about the mental pressure I put on myself to breastfeed, the guilt around considering formula, the loneliness that can creep in during the newborn phase, and how deeply motherhood has changed me in such a short space of time.
