In this video I’m taking you with us on a 15-hour flight to Asia (Shanghai) with my 3-month-old baby, Mason—and yes, we had places to be, honey. I show you what it actually looks like getting out the door with all the bags, making sure we’ve got enough milk for the flight, and navigating the airport from check-in to security. I also share a little travel-day reality like spotting breakfast at Five Guys in Heathrow (the bun, the crunchy bacon… I was impressed) and why airport lounges are such a lifesaver when you’re traveling with a baby. The biggest game-changer on this trip was using our Joolz Aer2 travel pram for the first time. It’s cabin approved, super handy, and I love that it just slings over my shoulder—because when you’re juggling baby + bags, you need everything to be easy. Once we boarded, Mason was honestly such a good boy: headphones on, snoozing in his swaddle, and he even got his own little bassinet. He slept nearly the whole flight, we survived, and we made it to Shanghai—proof that long-haul with a tiny baby is doable with the right prep and a calm mindset.
